Renegade Capital is a Denver-based emerging real estate investment manager focused on the acquisition and operation of value-add multifamily communities in select U.S. markets. Our thesis is straightforward: we invest in Middle America housing for the middle-American – targeting residential assets in inherently strong locations supported by durable demographics and long-term growth drivers.
To date, our team has executed over $350 million across 48 investments, including 31 full-cycle realizations. Today, Renegade owns and operates 15 communities across six states, representing approximately $250 million in assets under management.
Renegade invests exclusively in Class B housing in stable submarkets across the Mountain and Midwest regions where institutional capital is limited and supply constraints exist. Our process starts with exhaustive due diligence, combining proprietary analytics with disciplined underwriting and deep operational analysis. We structure each investment to generate durable, long-term value and cashflow through targeted capital improvements, operational efficiencies, and strategic repositioning.
Housing is the backbone of our portfolio. Consistent rising demand for quality workforce housing provides some of the most attractive risk/reward profiles when leveraged appropriately and the need for this housing is likely to persist over the long term, even in periods of economic disruption. We seek out well-located properties with deficiencies in supply-constrained markets where we can drive value creation through physical and operational improvements. Our track record of success and long-standing relationships throughout the industry consistently provide off-market opportunities where we can leverage our expertise.
Our industrial strategy focuses on the careful selection of premier multi-tenanted small-bay industrial buildings along the Colorado Front Range. We seek assets in prominent locations along major thoroughfares with exceptional accessibility.
