Our focus is on identifying underserved yet inherently strong real estate which can be intentionally repositioned to ultimately provide dynamic, impactful spaces to live, work, and play. We concentrate our efforts on high-growth tier II cities with solid underlying fundamentals and strong economic drivers. Renegade’s portfolio currently spans five states and is specific to markets throughout the Mountain West, Midwest, and Sun Belt regions.
Our thesis is centered around using both hemispheres of the brain – intersecting restraint and discipline with unconventional intentionality. The result is an investment approach that creates bold ideas backed by rigid feasibility.
We are constantly in pursuit of great real estate with unrealized potential that can be strategically re-envisioned to deliver short and long-term value. We’re obsessively opportunity-driven and value-oriented, constantly in search of untapped value. We currently seek two product types:
Housing is the backbone of our portfolio. Consistent rising demand for quality workforce housing provides some of the most attractive risk/reward profiles when leveraged appropriately and the need for this housing is likely to persist over the long term, even in periods of economic disruption. We seek out well-located properties with deficiencies in supply-constrained markets where we can drive value creation through physical and operational improvements. Our track record of success and long-standing relationships throughout the industry consistently provide off-market opportunities where we can leverage our expertise.
Our industrial strategy focuses on the careful selection of premier multi-tenanted small-bay industrial buildings along the Front Range. We seek assets in prominent locations along major thoroughfares with exceptional accessibility.
