Austin Colby

Austin Colby oversees the acquisition and management of all new assets for Renegade Capital, as well as spearheads all development and construction projects. His responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, cost estimation, takeover, repositioning, stabilization, and disposition. Additionally, Austin leads efforts on internal operations to ensure Renegade maintains its goal of best-in-class processes.

Prior to joining Renegade, Austin worked at ARCO/Murray, a national leader in Design-Build construction. In his construction career, Austin directly oversaw nearly $200MM and 1.5MM SF of design and construction projects. Austin’s experience included multifamily, industrial, entertainment, self-storage, and tenant-improvement projects. Since joining Renegade, Austin managed the acquisition and stabilization of over $100MM in multifamily assets across five states.

Austin was born and raised in Colorado before going to the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Architectural Engineering, with distinction. Austin is an accredited LEED Green Associate and EIT. In his free time, Austin enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
