Austin Colby

Austin Colby oversees the execution of all Development and Construction projects for Renegade Capital, including due diligence, estimation, design and contractor management, budget oversight, and quality control. Additionally, Austin leads efforts on creating and adapting the processes which ensure expedient construction, tight budget control, and general project risk management.

In his career, Austin has directly overseen nearly $200m and 1.5m SF of design and construction projects. Prior to joining Renegade, Austin worked at ARCO/Murray, a national leader in Design Build construction. At ARCO, Austin worked as a Project Manager, gaining skills leading the design and construction teams for a variety of ground-up projects. Austin’s experience includes multifamily, industrial, entertainment, self-storage, and tenant-improvement projects. Following ARCO, Austin expanded his construction experience with a GC firm that specialized in value-add multifamily across the United States.

Austin was born and raised in Colorado before going to the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Architectural Engineering. Austin is an accredited LEED Green Associate and EIT. In his free time, Austin enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
