Hayden Crandall

Hayden Crandall facilitates acquisitions and oversees asset management for Renegade Capital’s expanding portfolio. He is focused on implementing institutional-grade asset management practices, including cash flow analysis and oversight, budget creation and reforecasting, business plan development and execution, and optimizing financing structures. On the acquisitions side, Hayden plays a key role in refining underwriting processes, developing capital improvement plans, conducting market analysis, onboarding property management teams, and executing thorough due diligence.

Prior to joining Renegade Capital, Hayden spent six years as Senior Asset Manager at Square Deal Investment Management (SDIM), one of Oklahoma’s largest and most respected private owner/operators and developers. There, he oversaw a $400+ million portfolio of institutional-grade office, multifamily, and retail assets spanning seven states. He also facilitated acquisitions totaling more than $291 million and managed dispositions exceeding $86 million.

Hayden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business, where he graduated cum laude. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, traveling, spending time with his wife, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
