Kyle Gossett

Kyle joined Renegade in 2024, where he spearheads acquisitions and asset management in the “Heartland” region, which includes Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. In his role, he plays a key part in identifying investment opportunities and enhancing the performance of Renegade’s portfolio across these markets.

With over a decade of experience in multifamily real estate, Kyle has built a diverse skill set across various functions. He began his career in 2014, managing a high-net-worth family’s private real estate portfolio with assets spanning New York, Connecticut, Florida, and Nevada. In 2016, he transitioned into brokerage, gaining experience in New York City, Boston, and Denver.

Kyle later moved to the principal side of the business, where he spent several years with two leading multifamily investment firms in Denver. There, he played a significant role in portfolio expansion, underwriting more than $6 billion in assets and overseeing 25+ transactions across multifamily, retail, office, and industrial sectors. His work in asset management and investor relations also contributed to improved performance and enhanced portfolio value.

Kyle‘s broad experience has provided him with a well-rounded perspective on real estate, blending operational expertise with deep investment knowledge. His career is characterized by strategic insight, financial rigor, and a focus on delivering results. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys live music, golf, yoga, and learning to play guitar.
