Renegade is excited to announce our most recent acquisition, The Drake in Kansas City! The Drake is a multifamily property consisting of 71 one and two-bedroom units located in the highly sought-after West Plaza neighborhood due to its proximity to The Plaza, Westport, and KU Medical Center. This marks our 6th acquisition in the KC market. The building was purchased off-market via loan assumption at terms highly accretive in today’s environment and at an extremely attractive going-in basis. Renegade plans to execute a moderate renovation strategy and rebrand the property while focusing on loss-to-lease burnoff and maximizing operational efficiencies.
