Excited to announce we have officially broken ground on our first development deal, FRAMELINE, in Denver’s 9th & Colorado District. Huge shoutout to our partners at NARRATE who have worked tirelessly over the past 24 months to get us to this point. Across the street from Rose Medical Center, FRAMELINE will ultimately be a 5-story building offering 78 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. This project perfectly illustrates our development thesis to deliver quality, forward-thinking commercial real estate in both emerging and irreplaceable urban-infill neighborhoods.
